Aleks Gollu is the co-founder of PINC Solutions, and has served as the Chief Executive Officer since 2004. Through the end of 2003, Dr. Gollu was VP of Product and Services Marketing at Telecommunication Systems (TSYS), which he joined in 2002 through its acquisition of OTelNet, a company he co-founded in 1998. At OTelNet, a venture-backed startup company in the telecom software market, he was VP of Engineering and Corporate Development and a member of the Board of Directors. He was instrumental in establishing Verizon, Vodafone, and T-Mobile as the company’s tier-1 customers, which ultimately led to its successful exit. Prior to OTelNet, his industry experience includes positions at Sapient, Oracle, and Teknekron Communication Systems.
Dr. Gollu holds a BS degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and MS and Ph.D. degrees from University of California, Berkeley, all in EECS. He holds 3 patents.

Michelle Meng-Hsiung Kiang is the co-founder of PINC Solutions, where she currently leads marketing and strategic partnership activities. Most recently, she was the Director of Strategy and Planning at Micron Technology, responsible for developing new business initiatives and strategies for the billion-dollar Imaging business. Previously, she was the co-founder and head of Business Development and Product Management at Onix Microsystems, a pioneer in optical-MEMS based communication products backed by over $130M in venture financing, whose IP was acquired by its strategic investor and manufacturing partner, Analog Devices. Earlier in her career as the Chief Engineer of Microtechnology at DiCon Fiberoptics, she spearheaded the effort to bring in advanced semiconductor technologies that became the new manufacturing platform for the company.
Dr. Kiang holds the B.S. degree from National Taiwan University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from University of California, Berkeley, all in Electrical Engineering. She authored 11 issued patents, and was the recipient of D. J. Sakrison Memorial Prize from UC Berkley, an award honoring exceptional doctoral research in the EECS department.

As Vice President of Professional Services, Aimee Tang is responsible for ensuring the highest level of satisfaction of our customers with our products and services. As part of this mission, she oversees PINC’s efforts in project and release management, customer services and quality assurance. Ms. Tang has more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, engineering management and professional services. Prior to joining PINC, she was Director of Engineering at NightFire Software (acquired by NeuStar, Inc.), where she managed the development of intersystem service management platforms for the telecommunication industry. Ms. Tang represented NightFire in TeleManagement Forum, the world’s industry association of web, telecom and media companies focused on end-to-end service management. She collaborated with companies from six different countries to develop, integrate and deliver the World Ordering B2B Exchange DSL catalyst demo at TeleManagement World 2001. Previously, she worked as Program Manager, Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer at TCSI Corporation, a provider of network management solutions.
Ms. Tang holds a BS degree in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley. |
