Matt YearlingChief Executive Officer

Matt Yearling joined PINC Solutions as chief executive officer in March 2013 and is responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the company. He has an extensive 25 year track record of developing and bringing to market ERP, CRM, supply chain and security business solutions across the global SMB, enterprise, healthcare and public sector market segments. Most recently, Matt was vice president and general manager of Encryption Products at Symantec Corporation where he delivered market-leading encryption offerings across the endpoint, cloud, and mobility product families.

Prior to Symantec, Matt was the senior vice president of Global CRM Product Development at Sage Inc., where he was responsible for the entire CRM product family, cloud solutions, mobility, platform development, in addition to owning a number of strategic technology initiatives across Sage Group.

Prior to Sage, he served as the senior vice president and chief technology officer for Embarcadero Systems Corp (a Ports America company), where he delivered a variety of cloud solutions to many of the world’s largest transportation supply chain companies. Matt also spent over 15 years at Oracle Corporation holding several executive roles before becoming vice president of Oracle On Demand where he enabled it to become Oracle's fastest growing line-of-business.

Matt holds a HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth, England, and a MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine University.


Lou Chauvin | Vice President, Products

Lou Chauvin joined PINC Solutions in January of 2014 as Vice President of Products and is responsible for leading the overall direction, planning and commercialization of the company’s products. Previously he was vice president of product management, engineering and customer support at Zebra Technologies’ Enterprise Solutions Group providing Enterprise Visibility Solutions to the industrial manufacturing, maritime, commercial aerospace, and transportation and logistics industries. Mr Chauvin has more than 30 years of extensive experience in strategy, planning, development and operational management of systems and services. Prior to Zebra, he worked at Eastman Kodak Company for 12 years as a General Manager, director of publishing services, director of engineering and as an engineering manager for several business units. 

Mr Chauvin earned a BS in computer systems engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a MS in computer science from Boston University.


Aimee Tang | Vice President, Software Development

Aimee Tang brings more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, engineering management and professional services to PINC. Aimee oversees PINC’s efforts in product development, software development, project and release management, and quality assurance. Prior to joining PINC, she was Director of Engineering at NightFire Software (acquired by NeuStar), where she managed the development of intersystem service management platforms for the telecommunication industry.  Aimee represented NightFire in TeleManagement Forum, the world’s industry association of web, telecom and media companies focused on end-to-end service management. In 2001, she collaborated with companies from six different countries at the prestigious TeleManagement World Catalyst Exhibition in France. Previously, Aimee held program and project management positions at TCSI Corporation where she worked extensively with international companies as well as working and living in Asia.
Aimee holds a BA degree in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley.


Ken Piro | Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Ken Piro has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing of enterprise  technology solutions to the Fortune 500. Ken’s distinguished career includes executive roles at world-class technology companies including Oracle and SunGard. As a Vice President in Oracle’s On Demand group, Ken served on the management team that was responsible for global business strategies & sales operations for On Demand Application hosting services. Ken was the Western Regional Cloud Sales & Marketing Strategist for SunGard Availability Services, where he worked closely with the product group, CTO office and alliance organizations, to develop a cloud partner ecosystem and drive cloud IaaS sales. At PINC, Ken will continue the company’s momentum in growing key technology partner relationships and enabling sustained growth through various sales channels. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University.


Daniel Wiesmann | Chief Architect  

Dan has been with PINC for more than five years, in which time he has architected the software foundation for PINC's cloud service infrastructure. Prior to PINC, Dan worked for companies including Alier and OTLNET.  

Dan holds a Computer Science Degree from the University of California (Berkeley).


Steve Huey | Vice President, Operations

Steve Huey brings more than 25 years of information technology and operations experience. Steve’s expertise in service delivery operations, implementation services, technology architecture and cloud solutions will enable PINC to achieve new levels of service delivery for its customers.  He joins PINC from Oracle, where he spent 19 years in various roles. Most recently Steve served as Vice President of Systems and Infrastructure where he was responsible for the delivery of Oracle’s global product development compute infrastructure. Steve was responsible for leading a global team of over 270 IT professionals that provided Production/Development infrastructure to 30,000 developers supporting more than $10B in annual revenue. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Information Systems Management degree from California State University, Hayward.



Aleks Göllü, Ph.D. |  Founder and Special Advisor

Aleks Gollu is the founder and special advisor of PINC Solutions. Dr. Gollu drives further innovation for the company's best-in-class asset visibility solutions. Prior to founding PINC, Aleks was VP of Product and Services Marketing at Telecommunication Systems (TSYS), which he joined when it acquired OTelNet, a company he co-founded. At OTelNet, a venture-backed startup company in the telecom software market, he was VP of Engineering and Corporate Development and a member of the Board of Directors. He was instrumental in establishing Verizon, Vodafone, and T-Mobile as the company’s tier-1 customers, which ultimately led to its successful exit. Prior to OTelNet, his industry experience include positions at Sapient, Oracle, and Teknekron Communication Systems.
Dr. Gollu holds a BS degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and MS and Ph.D. degrees from University of California, Berkeley, all in EECS. He holds 3 patents.
